Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Industrial Engineering Degree Preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years experience facilitating lean transformations in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach in Lean methods and standards.
• Partner to execute Capacity Utilization process with operations and leaders.
• Improve workflow by studying process flow and workstation layouts.
• Layout and workstation planning is required.
• Lead manufacturing systems design with emphasis on machining lines and balancing capacity.
• Improve labor and machine utilization through method design and layout improvements.
• Create Standard Work and implement visual management for material flow.
• Share best practice standards across the network and communicate lean process flows.
