Job summary

You will analyze OEE, yield and cycle time, forecast production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing and pull systems. Strong communication and analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and pull systems.
• Knowledge of capacity, productivity, manufacturing process and product costing.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Engage with development, maintenance and communication of capacity statements with production plan and forecasts.
• Identify operational performance, highlighting achievements and shortcomings.
• Collect, analyze and communicate operational data to Engineering and Leadership Teams.
• Collaborate with operators, equipment and process engineers to improve throughput for critical operations.
• Mitigate constraints with analytical problem-solving.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to reduce cycle time and waste.
• Improve scheduling to reduce costs and increase throughput.
• Understand manufacturing metrics including OEE, Yield and Cycle Time.
