You will collaborate with operators and engineers to drive throughput, reduce waste and improve scheduling. Qualifications include a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, experience with lean systems, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering plus related experience.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and pull systems.
• Good knowledge in capacity, productivity, manufacturing process and product costing.
• Effective communicator—verbal and written skills, with ability to collaborate to achieve objectives.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Engage with development, maintenance and communication of capacity statement for the production plan and forecasts.
• Identify and communicate operational performance, highlighting achievements and shortcomings.
• Work with operators, equipment and process engineers to improve throughput and mitigate constraints.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities; reduce cycle time variation and improve production output.
• Improve scheduling systems to reduce costs while increasing throughput and efficiency.
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
