Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering required.
• Lean manufacturing and pull systems experience expected.
• Knowledge of capacity, productivity, manufacturing processes, and costing advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to collaborate.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• MS Office, AutoCAD and SQL skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with capacity statements for production planning and forecasting.
• Identify and communicate operational performance and capacity-related insights.
• Collect, analyze, and share data with Engineering and Leadership.
• Collaborate with operators, engineers to improve throughput and mitigate constraints.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to reduce cycle time and waste.
• Improve scheduling to reduce costs and increase throughput.
• Evaluate and improve processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Understand flow, lean principles, and labor interaction with material flow.
