Job summary

You will analyze labor performance, perform line balancing, capacity planning, and layout optimization to deliver value to the customer and strengthen our programs.

Responsibilities include modeling operations, identifying bottlenecks, applying Six Sigma and Lean methods, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on new production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Graduate Degree plus 0–2 years of experience; or 6+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Model factory operations with flow diagrams, value streams, and KPI visuals.
• Calculate resource utilization and identify throughput constraints.
• Apply Six Sigma and Lean principles to improve cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Draft infrastructure improvement and expansion proposals and plan integration of new products, technologies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and improve factory performance.
• Support new production contracts and product integration efforts.
• Improve factory safety and work cell ergonomics.
