Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Industrial Engineer to support Camden, AR programs and factories. You will maximize throughput, map value streams, balance lines, and plan capacity with cross-functional teams to deliver value and meet customer needs.

You will apply lean and six-sigma methods, conduct safety improvements, and influence roadmaps while collaborating with multiple levels of stakeholders to sustain growth and productivity. A security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement with 6+ years of experience; graduate degree with 4+ years; no degree option requires 10+ years of experience.
• Lean, six sigma and TOC methodologies experience expected.
• Strong ability to lead teams and manage projects across multiple levels of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Model factory operations and generate value stream maps and roadmaps to improve throughput and efficiency.
• Analyze resource utilization and identify constraints in production lines.
• Apply lean and six sigma principles to meet cost, quality and on-time delivery goals.
• Draft infrastructure improvement proposals and plan integration of new products and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and address obsolescence.
• Support new production contracts and product integration efforts.
• Improve factory safety and work cell ergonomics.
• Proficiency with data tools (PowerBI/Tableau/SQL/Python) and CAD software.
• Security clearance and U.S. citizenship requirements apply.
