L3Harris Technologies, located in Camden, AR, is seeking a Senior Associate, Manufacturing Engineer focusing on Manufacturing Planning. You will develop and optimize detailed production plans for a new multi-model line and ensure manufacturability and efficiency across teams.

You will apply Lean and Six Sigma methods, create work instructions, and monitor performance data to drive cost reductions and quality improvements while complying with safety standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or graduate degree with 0–2 years; or 6+ years experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering focused on manufacturing planning.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with CAD software and manufacturing planning tools (e.g., ERP systems).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in PM or CMfgE.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing plans to meet production schedules and goals.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Analyze production processes to identify and implement improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and SOPs.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, ensuring adherence to manufacturing plans.
• Monitor and analyze production data to optimize resource allocation and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
