Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, propulsion, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the development of greenfield facility layouts with optimized product flow.
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• Evaluate production flow, facility layout, labor utilization, and material movement to optimize operations.
• Support capacity planning, line balancing, and production scheduling to meet business and customer requirements.
• Monitor and report key manufacturing performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct time studies, productivity assessments, and workflow analysis.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve operational performance.
• Support introduction of new products, equipment, and manufacturing processes into production.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
