Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 2+ years related experience, or 0–2 years with Graduate Degree.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or regulated manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of greenfield facility layouts with optimized product flow.
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• Evaluate production flow, facility layout, labor utilization, and material movement to optimize operations.
• Support capacity planning, line balancing, and production scheduling to meet requirements.
• Monitor and report key manufacturing metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Conduct time studies, productivity assessments, and workflow analysis.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
