Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with up to 2 years.
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is acceptable.
Preferred background in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering and operations management.

Responsibilities

Model factory operations with process flows, value stream maps, and line diagrams.
Calculate resource utilization and identify throughput constraints.
Apply Six Sigma and Lean principles to reduce waste and improve on-time delivery.
Draft infrastructure improvements and investment plans for new products and equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address obsolescence and drive growth.
Support new production contracts and product integration efforts.
