Job summary

You will lead labor analyses, value-stream mapping, line balancing, capacity planning, and factory layout projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements.

Security clearance eligibility and a valid driver’s license are required; experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and CAD/Simulation tools is highly valued

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience; Graduate Degree with 7 years minimum.
In lieu of a degree, minimum 13 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

Model factory operations with process flows, value stream maps, and KPI visuals.
Calculate resource utilization and identify throughput constraints.
Apply Lean and Six Sigma to improve cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
Draft infrastructure improvement proposals and plan new product integration.
Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate with floor operators and management.
Support new production contracts and new product introductions.
Improve factory safety and work cell ergonomics.
