Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model factory operations with process flows, value streams, Pareto charts, and diagrams to visualize production processes and KPIs.
• Calculate resource utilization and identify throughput constraints.
• Apply lean and six sigma principles to improve efficiency and meet cost, quality, and on-time delivery goals.
• Draft infrastructure improvements and expansion plans to influence factory roadmaps and investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address obsolescence and promote growth.
• Support new production contracts/product integration efforts.
• Improve factory safety and ergonomics.
