You will analyze client operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions to boost productivity and reduce costs with a hands-on approach across operational teams.

The ideal candidate is process-driven, analytical and skilled in change management, Lean Six Sigma or Agile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in operations consulting or in-house operations management.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data.
• Experience in change management and facilitating workshops with diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and project execution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client operational processes, value streams, and supply chains.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste, and areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Design and implement process improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
• Develop and deliver training programs for client staff on new operational procedures.
• Collaborate with clients to track KPIs and ensure sustainable results.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, recommendations, and implementation progress.
