The ideal candidate has a Master's in Industrial Engineering or related field, 8+ years in operations, and proven Lean/Six Sigma success, plus strong data analytics and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or closely related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations management or industrial engineering.
• Proven experience leading large-scale operational improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, simulation, and process modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize existing operational workflows, supply chain logistics, and production planning.
• Develop and implement strategic projects focused on cost reduction, quality enhancement, and cycle time improvement.
• Utilize data analytics and modeling to forecast operational needs and identify potential risks.
• Design and oversee the implementation of new operational procedures and systems.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
