Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Associate Manufacturing Engineer in Camden, AR to lead manufacturing planning.

You will develop detailed production plans, coordinate with design and production to ensure manufacturability, and drive improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality across operations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years in manufacturing engineering, or a graduate degree with 0–2 years, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related engineering experience.
2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with exposure to manufacturing planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing plans to meet production schedules and goals.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Analyze production processes to identify and implement improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, ensuring adherence to manufacturing plans.
Monitor and analyze production data to optimize resource allocation and workflow.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
