Job summary

CIRCOR International is seeking a Sr. Industrial Engineer in Warren, MA to drive capacity planning and continuous improvement on the production floor. You will model labor and equipment, lead Kaizen events, and develop standard work to improve throughput, safety, and quality with data-driven decisions.

The role grows toward leadership with direct reports as the industrial engineering function matures, requiring collaboration across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead capacity models for labor and equipment to support production planning.
• Analyze manufacturing capacity and constraints to inform staffing and scheduling.
• Drive Kaizen and MSW events with post‑event accountability.
• Develop standard work, labor standards, and productivity models.
• Evaluate impact of changes on labor, tooling, and material flow.
