Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking a Production Improvement Expert to analyze, optimize, and drive sustainable improvements across welding, manual and CNC machining, tooling, and setup processes.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to translate designs into reliable, repeatable production methods and elevate first-pass quality. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years hands-on manufacturing experience in welding, machining, tooling, troubleshooting, or process improvement.
• Experience in complex manufacturing with strict quality, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Equivalent combinations of technical training, certifications, and hands-on experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM methodologies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, throughput, and equipment effectiveness.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor KPIs such as yield, scrap, downtime, cycle times, and throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and SOPs.
• Support automation and digital transformation projects where applicable.
• Train and coach employees on continuous improvement tools and best practices.
