Job summary

CIRCOR International, a leader in mission-critical fluid control, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at its Warren, MA facility. The role focuses on new product development, process improvement, and technical authority in metal processes to deliver high-quality products for defense markets.

You will define standards, lead PFMEA, mentor teammates, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across departments. Travel <10% and clearance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial) from an accredited university.
• Experience in high-precision manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and control technical standards for Manufacturing Engineers.
• Lead PFMEA activities and process control improvements.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and collaborate across departments.
• Evaluate complex manufacturing processes and coordinate with suppliers and shop floor teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives including Lean/Six-Sigma projects.
