Job summary

CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense in Warren, MA is seeking a Sr. Industrial Engineer to improve production performance through data-driven capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will grow into a leadership role with direct reports as the IE function matures. Responsibilities include defining labor standards, evaluating changes, leading value stream mapping, and supporting capital investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Ability to translate data into actionable plans for production.
• Experience with Excel, VBA, SQL or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own capacity planning and production scheduling with data-driven decisions.
• Develop capacity models for labor and equipment to support realistic planning.
• Lead Kaizen and MSW events and ensure post-event results.
• Define standard work and labor standards for costing and planning.
• Support new product introductions with labor analysis and training requirements.
