Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to impact production floor performance and drive continuous improvement under the Director of Production. This role grows into leadership with direct reports as the IE function matures.

The role leads capacity modeling, standard work, labor standards, and supports new product introductions, Kaizen events, and ROI analyses, with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel); experience with VBA, SQL, Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing capacity, flow, and constraints analyses for staffing and delivery decisions.
• Develop and maintain capacity models for labor and equipment.
• Lead Kaizen / MSW events and post-event follow-up.
• Support capital investment ROI analyses and equipment justification.
• Define standard work and labor standards for costing and planning.
• Design and optimize layouts to improve throughput, safety, and quality.
