Job summary

Amteck is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of electrical systems in industrial settings. You’ll ensure compliance with NFPA 70B, OEM specs, and NETA standards while maintaining reliability and safety of facility electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities include infrared thermography, visual inspections, testing, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, power distribution, and industrial installations.
• Familiar with NFPA 70B, NFPA 70E, OSHA, NEC rules.
• Experience with arc-flash safety and safety procedures.
• Ability to interpret arc-flash studies and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and testing per NFPA 70B and NETA standards.
• Identify faults via infrared thermography and visual inspections.
• Service power distribution equipment, motors, and controls.
• Document inspections, results, and corrective actions.
• Ensure safety procedures and zero-tolerance safety culture.
