Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Development to oversee industrial development projects from land entitlements through vertical construction and lease-up on the East Coast. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring alignment with standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in site and vertical construction, plus experience with zoning, permitting, and entitlements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or similar technical degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
5+ years of Site Civil Engineering/Development/Construction experience focusing on due diligence, site design/construction, and entitlements.
Strong understanding of industrial site development, land use planning, zoning, permitting, and entitlement processes.
Reading site plans, engineering drawings, entitlement documents, and construction plans.

Responsibilities

Assist the regional AVP in managing multiple industrial developments from land acquisition through lease up along the East Coast.
Prepare entitlement due diligence, zoning analyses, and permitting strategies to support development goals.
Develop entitlement strategies with municipalities, agencies, and stakeholders.
