The role leads projects from site due diligence through building completion and tenant improvements, coordinating all stakeholders and utilities for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred.
• 8–10 years of commercial or industrial real estate development experience.
• Experience managing industrial development from land acquisition through completion.
• Experience writing RFPs, evaluating proposals, and vendor selection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development management from land acquisition through completion.
• Coordinate zoning, entitlement, platting, permitting, and approvals.
• Manage project budgets and construction schedules to meet milestones.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of municipalities, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare contract documents and bid analyses for senior management.
