Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate is recruiting a Senior Project Manager, Development to lead and manage industrial real estate development projects from land entitlement through vertical construction and lease-up on the East Coast.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure delivery of high-quality assets that meet Link’s design, financial, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in site civil engineering, development, or construction with due diligence, entitlements, and land development focus.
• Strong understanding of industrial site development, zoning, permitting and entitlement processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing multiple industrial developments from land acquisition to lease-up across the East Coast.
• Prepare entitlement due diligence, zoning analyses, and permitting strategies.
• Develop entitlement strategies and coordinate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Develop site plans, entitlement layouts, and preliminary development scenarios for investment decisions.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk registers, and business plans for land development and construction.
• Track costs, changes, and forecasted expenditures; prepare and manage RFPs and consultant engagements.
