Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Development Manager for the New York/New Jersey market. The role oversees land and building development, including entitlements, design and construction of ground-up industrial facilities in those markets.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in industrial development, entitlements, design management, permitting, engineering or construction.
Computer proficiency with Bluebeam, MS Project, Google Earth, ACAD viewer and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of consultants and contractors to achieve regional objectives.
Develop, tender and manage projects from $1,000,000 to $50,000,000 in development cost.
Coordinate and monitor all facets of the development process from land evaluations to construction.
Lead AHJ approval processes from acquisition through completion.
Provide conceptual and pre-construction estimating for development.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong stakeholder communications.
Assist with responses to build-to-suit or leasing RFPs with site plans and budgets.
