Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Superintendent, Industrial/Manufacturing in Social Circle, GA to lead safety culture, manage subcontractors and oversee on-site operations for advanced manufacturing facilities. You will drive schedule, budget, and quality control while coordinating with owners, design teams and field staff.

The role requires 3+ years in construction, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex projects within our Advanced Facilities group.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred for advanced roles.
• 3+ years construction experience in a supervisory or field role.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff on site.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees project staff, budgets, schedules and QA/QC processes.
• Coordinates field meetings, progress reviews and owner communications.
• Supports project closeouts with documentation and final reports.
