Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager to lead the construction of industrial facilities including distribution centers, bakehouses and new retail concepts.

You will oversee FF&E, MEP, shell coordination, and ensure high craftsmanship while maximizing space and reliability for end users. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication with business partners at all levels, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with up to 50%

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure overall project quality from Design Development to Construction and Commissioning.
• Coordinate multiple projects with high quality, service and timely communication.
• Identify risks early and mitigate impacts.
• Influence and negotiate with internal and external partners to meet goals.
• Contribute to design development to meet constructability and cost requirements.
• Clarify scope responsibilities and coordinate field activities to improve speed to market and cost control.
• Maintain contractor accountability, improve cost performance, and manage schedules including permitting lead times and inspections.
• Build relationships and navigate municipal entitlement/permit processes.
• Travel to job sites up to 50% of the time.
