Amazon Inc. is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager for the Worldwide Grocery Real Estate & Store Development group.

This role oversees design, development, construction, and commissioning of industrial facilities including distribution centers, bakehouses, and fresh food production sites. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain high craftsmanship and space optimization. The ideal candidate has a strong owner mindset, service orientation, and the ability to work independently in

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field.
7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.

Ensure overall project quality from Design Development Coordination to Construction and Commissioning.
Organize and monitor concurrent projects, deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Identify risks early and proactively mitigate impact on schedule and cost.
Influence and communicate with internal and external partners to meet project goals.
Contribute to design development to ensure constructability and cost effectiveness.
Clarify scope responsibilities and coordinate field operations for speed to market and cost control.
Coordinate with contractors to manage schedule, permitting, and equipment delivery with GC critical path.
Build strong relationships and navigate municipalities for entitlement/permits.
Travel to job sites up to 50% of the time depending on project load.
