Amazon.com Services LLC's Worldwide Grocery Real Estate & Store Development team is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the execution of industrial facilities for Amazon and Whole Foods Market. You will oversee design development, FF&E, construction, and commissioning with a focus on craftsmanship and efficient space utilization.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in project management, real estate development, and architecture/design, plus a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall project quality across Design Development Coordination, FF&E, Construction, and Commissioning.
• Organize and monitor concurrent projects with high quality, service and communication and meet deadlines.
• Identify risks and mitigate project impact proactively.
• Influence with internal and external partners to meet project goals.
• Contribute to design development to meet constructability and cost requirements.
• Clarify scope responsibilities and coordinate field operations for speed and cost controls.
• Coordinate with contractors, manage schedules and lead times for permitting and inspections.
• Build relationships and understand permitting processes and schedules.
• Travel to job sites up to 50% of the time.
