Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager to lead industrial project execution for warehouses, bakehouses, and fresh facilities under WWGRD.

You will coordinate Design Development, FF&E, and commissioning while partnering with internal and external teams to maximize space and optimize constructability. Ideal candidate brings 7+ years in PM, real estate development, or architecture/design, with strong communication and an owner’s mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall project quality across Design Development Coordination, FF&E, Construction, and Commissioning.
• Organize and monitor concurrent projects with high-quality service and communication, meeting deadlines.
• Identify risks and proactively mitigate impact.
• Influence and communicate with internal and external partners to meet project goals.
• Contribute to design development to ensure constructability and cost efficiency.
• Clarify scope and coordinate field teams to improve speed to market and cost controls.
• Ensure contractor accountability and manage schedules, including permits and equipment delivery.
• Develop relationships with municipalities and manage entitlement processes.
• Travel to job sites up to 50% of the time.
