Qualifications

• 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in Contract Manufacturing or technical industrial sales.

Responsibilities

• Consultative sales using structured methodology to uncover business pain and qualify opportunities deeply.
• Maintain a rigorous Salesforce pipeline forecasting revenue across 6–18 month cycles.
• Collaborate with engineering to target precision turning and milling opportunities; chase high win rates.
