Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for industrial products in Allentown, PA. You will drive new opportunities across North America, expanding products into data centers, diesel power, 3D printing, valve applications, lubrication, and oil packaging.

Collaborating with sales, product management, and channel partners, you will build relationships with OEMs and distributors, generating market insights and guiding product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in business development or technical sales within industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to identify new industries, customers and applications for established products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across North America.
• Expand products into industries such as data centers, diesel power, 3D printing, valve applications, lubrication, and oil packaging.
• Build relationships with OEMs, distributors, engineers, purchasing teams and other stakeholders.
• Develop market intelligence on customer needs, competitors and pricing.
• Partner with Product Management for enhancements and growth opportunities.
• Support distributors and sales teams with technical guidance and joint development efforts.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage opportunities and customer activity.
• Travel approximately 50–60% across North America with 2–3 weeks per month of travel and overnight stays.
