Flexlink in Allentown, PA, seeks a Sales Engineer to drive service, maintenance, and spare-parts sales within the Northeastern U.S. You will access Flexlink catalog to win opportunities.

You will prospect, follow up with clients, collaborate with Applications Engineering to prepare proposals, and maintain CRM records while traveling up to 75%.

This high-energy, customer-facing role requires English fluency and an engineering or technical background; SAP and CRM familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required and high-volume activity metrics apply.
• Engineering knowledge will be very useful in this role.
• Familiarity with SAP is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a requirement.
• Resides in the Allentown PA area.
• Hybrid role, with occasional extended office time.
• Must be able to travel up to 75% domestically.
• Experience in sales, phone and in-person activities, is required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect through cold calling, industry events, lead follow-up, and installed-base research to identify opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with clients with regular follow-ups and meetings to capture opportunities.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering to craft professional proposals for potential clients.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records and communicate with peers and management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and alignment with client needs.
• This is a high-travel, customer-facing role.
• Display energy, motivation, and resilience; continuous learning.
• Aptitude for industrial automation technology and strong communication skills.
