Job summary

Clearsite Industrial Services is seeking a Field Services Business Development Manager based in Allentown, PA. You will drive growth and nurture client relationships in the environmental and industrial services sector, ensuring safety and high-quality service delivery across multiple sites.

You will develop new business opportunities, manage accounts, and work with internal teams to meet revenue targets while leveraging CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including account management and business development.
• Experience meeting revenue targets or quotas in sales or account management roles.
• Experience in Field Services or Industrial Services.
• Background resolving customer issues related to environmental remediation, emergency response, or industrial cleaning.
• Authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing health and safety by adhering to safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
• Developing new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers, generating leads, and securing Field Services work.
• Collaborating with internal sales teams and building strong relationships with local branches.
• Meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining daily awareness of sales activities and results.
• Tracking and managing activities, opportunities, and accounts using CRM tools.
• Negotiating pricing and contract terms to secure profitable business.
• Serving as the primary contact and problem solver for assigned accounts and new business opportunities.
• Assisting with the collection of invoiced revenue from customers.
• Addressing obstacles promptly and taking decisive action to resolve issues.
• Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals.
