Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development for the industrial field-based/remote role. You will lead a team of Business Development Managers focusing on the industrial vertical, driving strategic growth, new product commercialization, and cross-functional alignment across SB&D’s strategic business units.

You will set the strategic vision for launches, manage segment plans, and ensure ROI through effective budgets and collaboration with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (Business Management or related field).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with some leadership experience.
• Lead and align teams to strategic goals, driving accountability and celebrating team success.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills at all organizational levels and with external partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, SAP, and digital collaboration tools.
