Qualifications

• 5+ years in incident management or related coordination-heavy roles within software/security.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams under pressure with clarity.
• Technical depth to understand distributed systems, cloud infra, security concepts.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Experience building incident response/operational programs from scratch with metrics.
• High emotional intelligence to interact credibly with engineers, execs, and legal.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of security and reliability incidents from triage to resolution.
• Design and implement incident management processes, runbooks, and escalation frameworks.
• Lead post-incident reviews and remediation programs across teams.
• Build incident readiness with tabletop exercises and on-call improvements.
• Serve as the communication hub during active incidents for executives and customers.
