Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the Incident & Emergency Management Program.
• Develop and maintain emergency plans, playbooks, and readiness tools.
• Support EOC activations, ICS operations, and crisis response.
• Coordinate preparedness initiatives and resilience activities across the utility.
• Design and facilitate exercises, training, and drills.
• Lead after-action reviews and corrective actions.
• Build relationships with emergency agencies, regulators, and partners.
• Provide briefings and strategic recommendations to executives.
