We are seeking an experienced Sr. Advisor, Incident & Emergency Management to lead and continuously strengthen our emergency management program across our natural gas utility operations. In this highly visible role, you will serve as the organization's subject matter expert for emergency preparedness, incident management, crisis response, and operational resilience. You will partner closely with leaders across operations, engineering, safety, security, environmental, public affairs, and regulatory functions to ensure SEMCO is prepared to effectively respond to and recover from emergencies, operational disruptions, severe weather events, and other critical incidents. We offer a competitive salary range of $99,500 to $144,425 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills.
