Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced Manager, Program Incentives & Compliance to back our community solar and storage initiatives.

You will own and optimize the incentive program lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation, registration, tracking, and filing across IL Shines and NYSERDA, with an emphasis on accuracy and deadlines. The role focuses on compliance workflows, acquiring due diligence support, and monitoring policy/regulatory changes to inform filings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–9 years of renewable energy experience preferred (community solar, solar development, or project administration).
• Familiarity with IL Shines and/or NYSERDA programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all program enrollments, registrations, and ongoing filings with IL Shines, NYSERDA, and other agencies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including interconnection agreements, REC certifications, and incentive contracts.
• Track all compliance deadlines, reporting requirements, and program milestones to ensure ongoing eligibility.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to program administrators and state agencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve compliance issues and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain a centralized compliance calendar and project documentation repository.
