Job summary

Clark Associates is seeking an Inbound Operations Manager to oversee receiving and inventory operations at our distribution center. You will lead front-line managers and hourly associates, shape operational procedures, and drive the metrics that ensure a smooth, efficient operation.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will partner with the DC leadership team to improve performance, manage schedules, develop leadership, and maintain safety and culture across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Oversee inbound operations across multiple teams and shifts.
• Lead and develop up to 12 leaders.
• Monitor daily and monthly metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound operations of the distribution center, supervising managers.
• Coordinate with front-line leadership to provide direction, training, and accountability.
• Lead meetings and communicate company policies and initiatives to teams.
