Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Semiconductor RF Test Engineer for the Advanced Technology Lab near Baltimore, MD. The role covers development and execution of RF tests across GaN, GaAs, SiGe and SiC technologies, with duties including software/hardware development, test scheduling, data integrity, and calibration.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, has RF test experience and leadership skills, and is eligible for DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Direct semiconductor RF test engineering experience
• Direct experience in leading a team of engineers
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (C#, Python, C++ or Java)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute RF test for multiple technologies (GaN, GaAs, SiGe, SiC)
• Document test plans and write/test software and hardware solutions
• Manage test scheduling, data integrity, calibration, and documentation
• Ensure configuration control and compliance with customer documents
