The GC will manage legal affairs for Ulliman Schutte, its construction subsidiary and affiliated real estate company, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, managing risks, resolving claims, handling employment matters, and advising management.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a company’s legal function.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts.
