Job summary
Conti LLC, a national MEP construction company headquartered in Sterling Heights, MI, seeks an experienced In‑House Counsel to support U.S. operations. Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Michigan. Bar ID required at application.
- Strong background in construction law, contract review, and negotiation.
- Experience with construction or engineering projects preferred.
- Public sector experience welcome; strong communication and executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary legal advisor to the CEO and executive leadership.
- Advise on legal risk, compliance, and strategic decisions across daily operations.
- Lead the legal review of customer contracts with emphasis on risk and liability provisions.
- Oversee claims, disputes, and coordination with outside counsel.
- Support labor and employment law matters with HR direction.
