Gurr Brothers Construction seeks a Corporate Counsel – Construction & Commercial to support the Chief Legal Officer and provide day-to-day legal support across our multi-state operations in construction, restoration, and related services. You will handle contracts, disputes, regulatory research, and corporate matters throughout the project lifecycle.

This hands-on attorney role requires strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills, the ability to manage multiple matters, and a pragmatic

Competenze

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Demonstrated contract drafting, review, and negotiation experience.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into practical business guidance.
• Ability to independently manage multiple matters, competing priorities, and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Review customer contracts, MSAs, subcontracts, vendor agreements, purchase orders, NDAs, leases.
• Identify contractual risks involving indemnification, liability, warranties, and termination.
• Escalate significant deviations to CLO.
• Provide legal support regarding construction and restoration operations.
• Assist with mechanics' liens, claims, and change orders.
• Support litigation, arbitration, and disputes with outside counsel.
• Manage corporate records, governance documents, and filings.
