Job summary

Window World of Houston is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our in-home sales team in the Houston market. You will coach a producing team while continuing to sell alongside them, overseeing recruiting, training, and performance management.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, leading from the front, and driving both personal and team sales to achieve strong branch results. This is a full-time, on-site position with a clear path to high earnings through base salary plus

Qualifications

• Proven in-home or direct-to-consumer sales experience.
• Demonstrated success closing sales and meeting performance goals.
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and holding a sales team accountable.
• Ability to manage personal sales production while developing the team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the Greater Houston area.
• Availability for evening and occasional weekend appointments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the in-home sales team, coaching representatives to win sales.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales staff.
• Conduct weekly ride-alongs, sales meetings, and ongoing training.
• Track performance and hold team members accountable to goals.
• Maintain personal sales production and earn commission/bonuses.
• Coordinate with Lead Manager to maximize lead coverage and conversion.
• Support home shows, canvassing, referrals, and other lead-generation efforts.
• Build referral and self-generated business alongside company leads.
• Maintain strong customer experience and drive reviews.
