Job summary

Windows USA is seeking experienced Outside Sales Employees for a unique role combining health benefits and commission-based earnings. Successful candidates will excel in in-home sales presentations and manage their sales pipeline effectively.

This position requires frequent travel to residential locations, showcasing products and closing sales. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in home improvement, and be self-motivated.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement.
• Ability to maintain a field-based schedule of 15 or more weekly appointments.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre-set and self-generated residential sales appointments.
• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations.
• Present and sell Windows USA products using approved pricing.
