Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the standard within the sales team.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and long-term development of the sales reps.
• Lead standing sales team meetings and conduct 1:1 meetings with members of the team.
• Continually evolve and improve the sales process to meet the demands of the market.
• Partner with other functions (e.g., marketing) to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of the strategy.
• Incorporate trainings into the standing team meetings.
• Develop training guides and resources to facilitate continual improvement of the sales team.
• Conduct effective new hire training.
• Establish and ensure adherence to performance management standards and process, including set KPIs with thresholds and remedial processes.
• Establish profile of ideal sales rep and manage talent pipeline.
• Ensure sales team is executing against standards (i.e., proper uniforms, punctuality, effectively using the technology).
