Job summary

Window World in Houston is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. You will work directly with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs and help them find Window World products and services, including windows, doors, and siding.

As a Sales Representative, you will focus on connecting with customers, presenting solutions, and closing sales while representing a nationally recognized brand in the home improvement industry. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or related customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.
• Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently with homeowners.
• Persistent and resilient with the ability to stay motivated throughout the sales process.
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand their home improvement needs.
• Present and sell Window World products and services, including windows, doors, and siding.
• Measure windows and project areas to prepare accurate product and cost estimates.
• Prepare and present estimates to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Manage customer accounts and sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of Window World products, services, and promotions.
• Stay informed about industry and market trends.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales experience.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
