Job summary

Window World, America's leading replacement window company, is seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives for our Houston team.

You will engage homeowners, understand their needs, and suggest Window World products and services, including windows, doors, and siding, with a focus on closing sales. This role features a commission-based compensation and the opportunity to earn substantial income through performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or related customer-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a commission-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand home improvement needs.
• Present and sell Window World products including windows, doors, and siding.
• Measure windows and project areas for estimates.
• Prepare and present estimates to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Manage customer accounts and sales opportunities.
• Stay informed about product promotions and market trends.
• Aim to meet individual and team sales goals.
