Qualifications

• Prior outside, commission-based sales experience, home improvement preferred.
• Strong closing skills in a consultative, in-home environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre-set and self-generated residential sales appointments.
• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations.
• Present and sell Windows USA products using approved pricing, tools, and materials.
• Perform accurate measurements and complete all required sales documentation.
• Utilize iPads and CRM tools to manage customer information and proposals.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and customer-focused sales practices.
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions.
